On Thursday (March 20), Janet Jackson disclosed that she will not be headlining the second night of the Cincinnati Music Festival on July 26 due to “personal matters,” as confirmed in a statement released by promoters. “To all my Cincinnati Music Festival fans…. I’m so sorry that I won’t be able to be with you all in July,” Jackson said in a statement. “Some personal matters have come up and I am unable to attend.
