If this guy was looking for the stupidest way to show he isn’t responsible enough to be around children . . . HE NAILED IT.
A 27-year-old in Alabama named Ryan Hernandez was pulled over last Wednesday, because he was swerving all over the place. The cops conducted a field sobriety test, which he failed.
Then, the cops noticed an INFANT strapped in a car seat in the rear of the vehicle. So this guy wasn’t just putting his own life on the line . . . as well as the lives of the others on the road . . . but he was also endangering a TWO-MONTH-OLD BABY in the backseat.
Ryan was arrested on a slew of charges: DUI, reckless endangerment, possession of an open container, improper lane usage, driving without insurance, and operating a vehicle with an expired tag.
He posed for a mugshot at the station, and at the time he was wearing a shirt saying, “You nailed it!” The shirt seems to be for a construction company called Evermore Homes. It’s unclear if he works there.
