So, here is some common knowledge, that you still might not know:
1. Penguins are birds. Apparently, some people think they are fish.
2. “The Beatles” is a play on the word “beat” . . . some just thought it was the English spelling of beetle.
3. Pineapples grow from plants on the ground, and not on trees.
4. A lot of people had no idea that chicken tenders are short for chicken tenderloins.
5. Pickles are cucumbers.
6. Reindeer are real animals, and not just Santa’s helpers.
7. And this one blew my mind . . . ponies ARE NOT baby horses. Ponies are their own type of horse. And a baby horse is called a foal.
