106.3 Rennaisance Festival Ticket/La Hacienda Gift Card Rules

CONTEST: Entries will be accepted only by live entry forms beginning at the beginning of the 106.3 remote broadcast Saturday, March 7th, 2020 and ending Saturday, March 7th, 2019 at the end of the 106.3 Remote Broadcast . Each qualifying customer entry will be entered into random drawings every 15 minutes for a 4 pack of tickets to the Renaissance Fair or a $50 La Hacienda Restaurant Gift Card. Eight drawings total over the course of the 2 hour remote broadcast. Drawings will take place live at the Jim Click TCC Sales Event, and winners will be announced at the event only. Bustos Media and The Jim Click Automotive Team assumes no responsibility for unanticipated delays in holding such drawing due to weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. No payment, proof of purchase or entry fee is required to register. Only customers 18 years or older with a valid U.S. ID are eligible to participate in the Promotion. One entry per customer.
PRIZE: Selection is random, 4 pack of tickets to the Renaissance Fair or a $50 La Hacienda Restaurant Gift Card. There is no cash option for prize, no exceptions.

ODDS: Based on number of entrants who complete entry form process. Example: If a drawing has 94 entrants, odds would be 1:94 for that drawing.
DISCLOSURE: Entry constitutes permission to disclose any provided information in an effort to comply with legally required disclosure, and/or for promotional and commercial purposes, except where prohibited by law.
WINNING ENTRANTS: Winning entrants may be required to participate in post-drawing publicity promotions. Winning entrants will be required to provide personal identification and verification of address to claim prize. Winning entrants may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within fourteen days of drawing or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant selected. Bustos Media and The Jim Click Automotive Team reserve the exclusive right to determine whether any entrant meets any pre- or post-drawing requirement to claim any prize. Bustos Media and Jim Click Automotive Team exclusively reserves all rights to provide adequate substitutes for the prizes if such becomes undeliverable. Should winning entrant later be determined ineligible for any reason, Bustos Media and The Jim Click Automotive Team Corporation reserve the right to conduct a random drawing at any time after the conclusion of the contest. Any alternate drawing is subject to scheduling by Bustos Media and The Jim Click Automotive Team without notice to any entrant.

SUBMISSION: Only entry forms filled out and submitted during the remote broadcast at the Jim Click TCC event qualify. Bustos Media and Jim Click Automotive reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest in any way, including, without limitation, to modify or amend these rules at any time and from time to time.
DISPUTE: Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action, arising out of or in connection with the Jim Click TCC Sales Event contest shall be resolved individually, without class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in the state or federal courts within the state of Arizona; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to out-of-pocket-costs incurred, including costs incurred in entering this giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages and rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
