MEGHAN MARKLE HONORS PETER LINDBERGH: Meghan Markle is paying tribute to famed shutterbug Peter Lindbergh, who died on Tuesday at age 74. In a post on the Instagram page she shares with her husband Prince Harry, she shared a rare private photo, selected from her photo-shoot for the September issue of Vogue that she guest-edited. In it, she has her arm around Lindbergh, who is smiling. She captioned it, in part: “His work is revered globally for capturing the essence of a subject and promoting healthy ideals of beauty, eschewing photoshopping, and preferring natural beauty with minimal makeup.” Meanwhile, Meghan is also unveiling her first official return to duties post maternity leave. She is set to step out Thursday, September 12thto launch he capsule collection of women’s workwear she created with her designer friend Misha Nonoo.
KATHERINE SCHWARZENEGGER TALKS CHILDHOOD: Katherine Schwarzenegger has the best memories of her childhood. The 29-year-old daughter of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger visited her mom on Wednesday’s Today Show, where Shriver discussed motherhood with Hoda Kotb and Natalie Morales. “My parenting, one of the things I wish I had done is kept it a little simpler, a little slower, a little quieter,” Shriver admitted. Schwarzenegger disagrees. “It was so simple,” she said of her childhood. “It was the most magical, fun childhood ever. She did an incredible job.”
RIVERDALE RELEASES IMAGES FOR LUKE PERRY TRIBUTE: The CW has released the first images from Riverdale’s season four premiere, which will also be a tribute to Luke Perry, who died unexpectedly in March from a stroke. TRUMP FEUD: Whoopi Goldberg slammed Debra Messing and Eric McCormack‘s call to release the names of people attending a fundraiser for President Donald Trump, likening it to the “Red Scare” era of blacklisting. “Listen, the last time people did this people ended up killing themselves. This is not a good idea,” Goldberg said on The View. “Your idea of who you don’t want to work with is your personal business.
