Jordyn Woods is speaking out about the fallout from her involvement in Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson’s breakup. Jordyn, who was best friends with Khloe’s sister Kylie Jenner for years, allegedly hooked up with Tristan, prompting Khloe to dump him when she learned.
Jordyn headed to Nigeria to participate in a Homecoming Nigeria event, and an interviewer asked her about the situation. She reportedly told the interviewer that she hoped to be an example to her little sister, who was bullied at school.
“My little sister was bullied in school and I wanted to show her that I was bullied by the world. I understood for the first time what it’s like being a black woman—in a just society, how we can be so disrespected and nobody can really understand to that extent until you have to live it,” Jordyn said.
Shortly after the scandal broke, Jordyn appeared on Red Table Talk, and said that Tristan kissed her, but that was it. Chaos ensued with Khloe hitting up social media to call her a “liar,” and dubbed her the sole reason her family “broke up;” social media in general turned against her and the harassment reportedly got so bad, her mom couldn't even go to the grocery store without getting abused. Since then, she has made public appearances (most recently at Coachella), but hasn’t said much. And her friendship with Kylie, who kicked her out of her guest house after the scandal, is status unknown.
When photographers recently snagged her at an airport, they asked her, “Do you love Kylie?” “Always,” Jordyn said.
