On Saturday (November 11th), Kel Mitchell explained the reason he was hospitalized earlier in the week. The Good Burger actor said in an Instagram video that a bulging disc caused him to have some scary symptoms.

Michell shared that he was out shopping when the room started spinning, so he stopped for food and water because he thought he might be dehydrated. "When I did that, the whole right side of my arm and my leg was numb, followed by me not being able to swallow," he said.

"And that's when I panicked. So, I drove myself to the hospital — I wouldn't advise anybody to do that — but I was panicking so I wobbled myself to the car," the Kenan & Kel star said. At the hospital, he lost the ability to move his right arm. This prompted a number of tests including CT scans and EKGs.

"What we feared wasn't what it was," he said, thankful to be doing better. "It was actually a bulging disc that I had from a prior injury that was pressing up against a nerve, mimicking all those symptoms that I was going through."

The All That star thanked fans for their support.
