Kristin Cavallari will be able to buy a $5.5 million house after her estranged husband Jay Cutler froze their assets, Us Weekly reports. She will buy the home she was looking at in the fall, then rejected in a bid to patch things up with Cutler. When she opted to buy again recently, he reportedly had his lawyer withhold funds from her.

“The judge was able to order the release of the frozen assets so Kristin is going to be able to buy the house she wants to,” an insider exclusively tells Us Weekly. “Things have not improved between Kristin and Jay.”

The pair have also reached a temporary agreement about their kids, Camden, 7, Jaxon, 5, and Saylor, 4. The kids will stay at their Nashville home with their parents switching off weeks of care. When Cavallari moves into her new home, the kids will commute between their homes.

Meanwhile, the rumors that Cutler cheated on Cavallari with her former BFF Kelly Henderson have been reignited since the pair filed for divorce. In her papers, she cited “marital misconduct,” alleging he is guilty of such inappropriate marital conduct as renders further cohabitation unsafe and improper.”

Adding fuel to the fire, Henderson shared a pic that fans say is of the pair. While she didn’t tag him, the arm resembled Cutler’s, and many fans noted that the bracelet the man is wearing in the pic belongs to him.

But an insider tells E!: “This is 100 percent not Jay. This is Kelly seeking attention. That's all this is. It's very sad that she felt the need to do this for some followers.”
