American audiences will soon be able to see excerpts from the “Fire Fight Australia” concert, which took place on Sunday, (February 16th) at ANZ Stadium in Sydney.
The sold-out show ran for ten hours, and was highlighted by performances by Queen + Adam Lambert, Alice Cooper, and Sydney’s favorite hometown band, Icehouse.
For their part of the show, Queen with Adam Lambert replicated the band’s legendary 1985 Live Aid set for the first time.
The website Ultimate Classic Rock reports that Olivia Newton-John will host the telecast, which will air on the Fox network, from 11pm to midnight Eastern, on Saturday, February 29th. .
