After Jenelle Evans’ husband David Eason admitted to shooting her dog Nugget in a video posted to social media, concerned fans have been lobbying authorities to do something.

Advertisers on the Teen Mom 2’s MTV show were the first to take action, publicly stating they would no longer advertise with the show because of Eason’s actions. Then MTV fired Evans.

Now, it seems Columbus County Child Protective Services is gearing up. TMZ reports that CPS has removed two of Evans’ children from their home. Jace, 9, whom she shares with Andrew Lewis, is in her mother’s custody, but CPS has put a pause on visits between mother and son until the dog-killing incident is resolved. Her 4-year-old son Kaiser was removed Friday, and is staying with his father Nathan Griffith, and Nathan’s mom.

Evans and Eason’s daughter Ensley, 2, is still in the home with her parents, partly because authorities believe it’s treacherous to enter the property given Eason’s cache of guns and known temper, TMZ reports. According to The Blast, she has been advised to keep Ensley at a friend’s home and way from Eason while she works out custody arrangements.
