On Friday (October 25), Lady Gaga finally shared her highly-anticipated new single “Disease.” The song is the 13-time Grammy winner’s first track drawn from her forthcoming seventh studio album, commonly referred to as LG7, which is due out in early 2025. The vibrant, pulsating new song was co-written by Gaga along with her fiancee, Michael Polansky, as well as Andrew Watt and Cirkut, with those two artists also credited as producers on the track in addition to Gaga herself. The pop superstar announced the arrival of her new single with an Instagram post on Friday, sharing an expanded view of the previously released cover art, along with the succinct caption, “DISEASE OUT NOW.” Gaga’s new single made an instant fan of Ariana Grande, who commented on the post, “i love you so much, it’s (and you’re) perfect ♡,” while Kesha also chimed in with her approval as she commented, “I LOVE IT AND JUST WAS GRINDING TO IT AT BEACHES ❤️‍🔥.” (Variety)
