On Tuesday (April 1), Mustard took to Instagram to announce that he will be the opening act on Kendrick Lamar and SZA‘s upcoming Grand National Tour. The Grammy-winning producer will be performing a nightly DJ set to energize the audience at the start of the show. In the post, Mustard also revealed that new floor seats have been released for fans who previously missed out on tickets, with exclusive access for Cash App Card Holders. The North American tour kicks off in Minneapolis on April 19 and spans 19 stadiums, including stops in major cities like Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Chicago, before concluding in Washington, D.C. Mustard had previously made a guest appearance with Lamar during the Super Bowl Halftime Show and had a breakout year in 2024, producing Song and Record of the Year-winner, “Not Like Us,” and a variety of tracks for Lamar’s chart-topping GNX album, including “TV Off” and “Hey Now.” (Billboard)
