A 45-year-old man in Iowa named Derek Wulf is running for lieutenant governor . . . but he’s locked in a financial battle with his own parents.
Derek’s parents are suing him for $275,000, claiming he stopped paying rent two years ago on farmland he rented from them.
They also accuse him of lying about his assets in financial documents, too. But his mom and dad aren’t the only ones looking for money. A few people have sued Derek and his company since 2023 over payments they say they’re owed.
