Earlier this month we heard about Snake Yoga being a new trend. Well apparently, that wasn’t dangerous enough.

Now introducing: Sword Yoga.

The workout mixes yoga, tai chi, and kung fu style movements. You know, just flowing through poses . . . while you’re HOLDING A SWORD. No big deal.
