This should probably go without saying, but if you’re IMPERSONATING someone . . . it’s a lot easier if THAT PERSON isn’t around.
A 60-year-old man in North Phoenix named Scott Millage was arrested for PRETENDING to be a cop. He had fake blue and red emergency lights on his truck, and pulled a car over on the freeway.
But that’s when things took an interesting turn.
Scott called the REAL COPS for backup . . . and when they showed up, they arrested Scott for multiple felonies, including impersonating a peace officer . . . unlawful imprisonment . . . and kidnapping.
Scott had told the troopers that the car he pulled over was speeding and running red lights, and he thought they were going to kill someone. But obviously, HE was crazy one.
