The 10 happiest cities are: Fremont, California, Bismarck, North Dakota, Scottsdale, Arizona, South Burlington, Vermont, Fargo, North Dakota, Overland Park, Kansas, Charleston, South Carolina, Irvine, California, Gilbert, Arizona, and San Jose, California.
And the 10 at the bottom of the list are: Detroit, which ranked last at 182nd, Memphis, Shreveport, Louisiana, Cleveland, Huntington, West Virginia, Toledo, Ohio, Augusta, Georgia, Fort Smith, Arkansas, Dover, Delaware, and Akron, Ohio.
