If you have a kid, you’re probably used to them asking for ridiculous trendy items and clothing. But you WOULD be surprised if they were begging for an AMTRAK UNIFORM.
Amtrak has officially entered its “fashion era” with a limited edition “Trak Suit.”
They just unveiled it. The Trak Suit set includes a zip-up jacket, joggers, and a sleep mask . . . and it’s available for purchase on the Amtrak store for $279.
Amtrak riders and sportswear enthusiasts seem to be hyping it on social media, as, quote, “fire.” But others criticized the high price point.
The Amtrak “Trak Suit” was designed by a New York School of Design student, who won a competition for the design. It was inspired by the new NextGen Acela trains. If you order one, don’t expect it to come right away . . . fulfillment is expected to take two months.
