Free PSAs for non-profits in our area! Avoid your message getting tossed – follow our tips for a clear, timely submission. Fill out our simple form for a chance to be on air.

PSA Guidelines:

If you’re a non-profit in our broadcast area, we offer free Public Service Announcements (PSAs) to promote your event or organization. But, to increase your chances of getting on air, follow these tips:

  1. Include all info: Don’t forget the essentials – date, time, location, event details, and contact info. Keep it short; lengthy PSAs may be overlooked.
  2. Identify yourself: Clearly mention your organization in the PSA. It’s important!
  3. Phonetic pronunciations: Help us say names correctly by including phonetic pronunciations. Avoid the risk of being skipped over.
  4. Release date matters: Send your PSA about 10 days before the event. Avoid cramming multiple events into one PSA.
  5. No cost for non-profits: We’re happy to air PSAs for free, but if you advertise elsewhere, our free offer doesn’t apply.
  6. Broadcast timing: PSAs are subject to availability. We can’t guarantee specific broadcast times or frequencies.
  7. Paid PSAs: Non-profits can get a discount on commercial airtime. Contact our Business Office for details.

Remember, this is a request, not a guarantee. Limited slots are available, so act fast. PSAs are exclusive to non-profit events, and if you want more control, consider advertising with our sales department. Business events won’t qualify for free PSAs.
