Chris Brown’s Florida battery case has been dismissed due to lack of credibility. According to TMZ, the singer will not be charged for battery for allegedly punching a photographer at a Tampa nightclub in 2017. Brown was arrested following the altercation outside of AJA Channelside, but the charges have since been dropped due to “insufficient evidence to prosecute.” Sources added that the photographer “lacked credibility.”

The State’s Attorney Office said about the case, “After a thorough review of the facts and information from the alleged victim, our office determined there was insufficient evidence to prosecute.”
