MO'NIQUE GOES OFF ON D.L. HUGHLEY: 'THAT'S A B*TCH N*GGA': During a stand up routine in Detroit, Michigan this past weekend, Mo'Nique called out D.L. Hughley. Mo'Nique was upset because she was supposed to headline the event but that didn't go as planned. She said, “That’s what the motherf*cking contract says… ‘Mo’Nique is to be the last motherf*cking person on the got d*mn stage. She is the headliner. That’s what I signed the contract for.” She later addressed D.L.'s character, saying, “What kind of real n*gga would ever attack a got d*mned black woman?” In reference to him speaking negatively about her on an old tour. She continued, adding that she feels bad for his entire family along with his wife– saying, “N*gga your name is D.L., what the f*ck does it stand for?” She added, “How far are you bending over n*gga? On the DL.” D.L. responded, saying, “All you have to do is check the order of names on the ticket stub from last night and you’ll see who’s confused. Against my better judgment, over the objections of my team and 4 other occasions where I said NO, I decided to take a chance and work with Monique.” He continued, ” Oprah was the problem, Tyler Perry was the problem, Charlamagne was the problem, Steve Harvey was the problem, Lee Daniels was the problem, Netflix was the problem… Now it’s MY turn. At some point it can’t be everyone else, IT’S YOU!! Lesson learned. I didn’t have anything personal against Monique… People paid a lot of money to laugh, not hear about your contract. Apparently, the role you played in PRECIOUS turned out to be an autobiography. I wonder who’s next…”
SHAUNIE O' NEAL MARRIES KEION HENDERSON IN ANGUILLA: Shaunie O' Neal tied the knot with fiance Keion Henderson in Anguilla on Saturday (May 28th). During an interview with People, Shaunie revealed she lost her dad back in February, so her three sons Myles, Shareef and Shaqir walked her down the aisled in front of almost 200 people. She said,” . . . I really struggled with how I was going to get down the aisle. Losing my dad in the midst of planning this wedding was a lot, so my sons handed me off.” The ceremony took place on a golf course, and gospel singer Yolanda Adams performed. Shaunie wore a sparkling dress and veil by Jean Louis Sabajai and Henderson was in a Dolce & Gabbana tux. The two had been engaged since November of 2021.
JEANNIE MAI JENKINS WAITED ONLY TWO WEEKS AFTER SHE GAVE BIRTH: On a recent episode of The Real, Jeannie Mai Jenkins revealed that she and Jeezy couldn't wait six weeks after the birth of their daughter Monaco. She said that there was no way they could keep their hands off each other for six weeks. She explained, “No. I think we went two….two weeks.”
'LOVE & MARRIAGE HUNTSVILLE' STARS MELODY AND MARTELL HOLT GET INTO AN ALTERCATION WITH LATISHA, HER MOM MS. WANDA AND MARSAU: Reports say that there was a huge brawl between Love & Marriage Huntsville stars Melody and Martell Holt and Latisha Scott, Marsau Scott and Latisha's mom Ms. Wanda. Melody took to social media during the altercation, telling fans that she doesn't play when it comes to her children and she doesn't allow anyone to talk about her kids. . Melody said, “Martell was making his points and they Scott’s would overtalk him, they think they so smart. They think they can say so much.” She continued, “Let me tell y’all this right here one thing I’m gone say for certain and fasho….When it comes to my kids I don’t’ care who nobody is I ain’t playing about a got dang on thang when it comes to that.” She later returned to the live and chaos had ensued. Melody is seen trying to stop Martell from fighting, reminding him that their children were present. Meanwhile, Latisha's mother Ms. Wanda gave her side of the story, saying that Melody approached her aggressively after a comment was made that Melody didn’t like. Feeling “tried”, Ms. Wanda claims the two castmate engaged in a verbal argument before things allegedly turned physical. After a viewer asked Ms. Wanda live who got hit during the incident, she laughs stating, “She said she got scratches on her I guess her a** got hit.”
KANDI BURRUSS WAS UPSET WITH ANDY COHEN FOR ASKING HER DAUGHTER ABOUT HER ESTRANGED RELATIONSHIP WITH HER DAD: During an interview with The Slut Pig Podcast, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss revealed that she wasn't happy with Andy Cohen after he asked her daughter Riley Burruss about her relationship with her dad during their appearance on Watch What Happens Live. Kandi said, “She just so happened to be the bartender. There was somebody else that was supposed to be the bartender, but they were late. Riley was there, so they were like, ‘Oh, you wanna be the bartender?'” Kandi continued, “It wasn’t like she was prepped or anything, so it kind of caught her off guard,” the Xscape singer continued, adding that Riley’s relationship with her father, music producer Russell “Block” Spencer, is a “sensitive subject.”
