When asked how he deals with the rumors about his marriage, he said, “I’ve decided that chatter about my life can be a benefit to people. Chatter is the first stage to having a real conversation and being able to truly explore if some of the things in your heart are loving or poisonous.” Gayle King later asked about cheating during the marriage and Smith responded, “There’s never been infidelity in our marriage. 'BASKETBALL WIVES' STAR ROYCE REED SURRENDERS TO POLICE ON CHILD NEGLECT CHARGES: According to TMZ, former Basketball Wives star Royce Reed turned herself in to the Orange County authorities and was charged with neglect of a child — which is a third-degree felony. According to the documents, police state Braylon is working on issues with professionals due to past incidents. Braylon was supposed to follow certain rules set by a judge — specifically, he was not allowed to hang out with kids two years younger than him without an adult. Braylon is accused of breaking the rules and as a result, Royce had to turn herself in for child neglect. Royce appears to have cooperated fully with investigators as did her boyfriend. Braylon was interviewed by police about the accusations. Royce took to Instagram to address the incident, saying,”I shouldn't even have to deal with or address this. 1. I did not get arrested, I turned myself in because I had to. 2. Talk to my attorney. As for the picture… I was scared as sh*t and was crying like a baby the whole time… I'm not 'bout that life' but I did it and we're gonna get through this… flexing arm emoji.”
