Hozier’s “Too Sweet” has climbed from No. 2 to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, securing his first chart-topper. (He got to No. 2 with his breakout hit “Take Me to Church” in 2014-15.) “Too Sweet,” featured on his EP Unheard, debuted at No. 5 three weeks ago. The EP also debuted in the top 10 of the Billboard 200. Hozier is currently on his first U.S. tour since the pandemic began, with international dates scheduled through November. In other chart news, Future, Metro Boomin, and Kendrick Lamar’s “Like That” drops from No. 1 to No. 2 on the Hot 100, while Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things” remains at No. 3 and Teddy Swims’ “Lose Control” holds onto the fourth spot. Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ‘Em” rises to No. 5 and leads the Hot Country Songs chart for a 10th week.
