A rep for Jennifer Lopez has denied that she will be performing “I Have Nothing” in a tribute to Whitney Houston at the 2023 Grammy Awards. The rumor started after a tweet started circulating of J Lo allegedly saying that she will perform a tribute, saying, “I feel that Whitney’s songs fit my vocal range very well. I’m going to sing ‘I Have Nothing’ and ‘I Will Always Love You.'”
After the news went viral, Jennifer's rep denied the claims, saying, “There is no truth to this rumor and that interview did not happen. The rep said that the singer-actor's team is “looking into” the origin of an audio clip of what was supposed to be J. Lo singing, “but either way it is not related to any Grammy performance.”
