Lauren London has opened up about returning to work after losing Nipsey Hussle back in 2019.   Lauren is starring in the upcoming movie called Without Remorse, where she stars alongside Michael B. Jordan.

Entertainment Tonight's Nischelle Turner asked Lauren about the importance of her children seeing her work again and Lauren responded, “We can’t stop, you know? We do have a purpose, all of us, and it’s important for my sons to see me moving forward with grief, not just curling up in a ball, because I curled up in a ball for a long time."

She added that although she will grieve "forever," it is important for them to “continue moving on” because that’s what Nipsey would want.

Lauren said that she started working on the film in 2018 after Michael requested that she check out the film, saying, “Michael reached out to me as a friend and he was so unsure if I was even going to ever work again.  And he was like, ‘Look, I’m unsure if this is what you want to do, but I have to follow my intuition, I have to ask you if you can just read the script.'”

Lauren said that the script made her feel like she could “truthfully contribute” to the project, so she accepted the role. She only filmed for 11 days in Berlin because she desired to go home to her kids.

Without Remorse is set to be released on Amazon Prime Video on April 30th.
