LL Cool J has tested positive for Covid and has canceled his appearance on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer posted online: “I know it’s disappointing to the millions of fans but my test came back positive for COVID, which means I’ll no longer be able to perform.” He went on to wish everyone a “healthy and happy New Year.”
Billboard reports that Chlöe has also pulled out of her performance, with no reason given.
The New Year’s Eve celebration will feature more than 25 performances for its 50th anniversary. The show begins at 8pm ET on ABC.
