Miley Cyrus And Maxx Morando Are Engaged After Dating For Four Years

Miley Cyrus is engaged to musician Maxx Morando, her boyfriend of four years and collaborator on her last two albums. The engagement was confirmed by their red carpet appearance on Monday (December 1) at the Avatar: Fire and Ash premiere where the 33-year-old Cyrus showed off a bespoke cushion-cut diamond ring designed by Jacquie Aiche. The couple, who first met on a blind date in 2021, have otherwise kept their engagement private, with no public statements yet from either of them. The 27-year-old Morando is a drummer in the band Lily, and has been a significant influence on Cyrus’s recent projects, working on two tracks – “Handstand” and “Violet Chemistry” – from her 2023 album, Endless Summer Vacation, while producing several songs on her ninth album, Something Beautiful, and co-writing the title track. This marks a new chapter for Cyrus following her 2017 marriage to actor Liam Hemsworth that ended with a divorce in 2020. (People)
