
R. KELLY ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ABUSING TEENAGE BOY: In a new court filing, R. Kelly is being accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy. According to The Page Six, prosecutors in New York detailed a series a new accusations against the singer dating back 30 years, including the sexual abuse of a male minor in 2006. The court filing alleges that Kelly sexually abused the 17-year-old after meetiing him at a McDonald's im Chicago and asking “what he was willing to do to succeed in the music business.” The teen allegedly introduced Kelly to a second teenage boy, who was then 16 or 17 years old. Several years later, Kelly allegedly started a sexual relationship with the second John Doe and forced several of his girlfriends, including a minor girl, to have sex with the young man while he filmed. Prosecutors also said that a woman alleged that Kelly directed her to search the internet for “child pornography involving boys for him.” The woman is expected to testify. A search authorized on Kelly’s computer corroborated the claim, according to the court doc.
WHITNEY HOUSTON ESTATE ANNOUNCES HOLOGRAM RESIDENCY IN LAS VEGAS: Whitney Houston's estate has announced an upcoming Las Vegas Residency called An Evening With Whitney: The Whitney Houston Hologram Concert. The residency will begin on October 26th, and it’ll take place at Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Pat Houston, the executor of Whitney's estate, said in a statement, “In 2011, Whitney and I discussed her idea of an intimate, unplugged concert tour. It was a project we called ‘Whitney Unplugged’ or ‘An Evening with Whitney.’ While Whitney’s no longer with us, her voice and legacy will live on with us forever. ‘An Evening with Whitney’ is another chance for us to relive and celebrate the talent that we were so lucky to receive for more than three decades.” The residency will kick off in October 26th.
