RAY J AND PRINCESS LOVE ARE LIVING APART: TMZ has reported that although Ray J and Princess Love are still married, they are living apart. Sources close to the couple said that they still haven't reconciled after she claimed he left her “stranded” in Las Vegas back in November. Sources say that Princess and Ray J are getting along now and they've been doing things together as a family without drama or arguments. Princess is living in a luxury Beverly Hills condo and Ray J is staying at a nearby bachelor pad. The kids stay with Princess and Ray J comes over to visit daily and their dogs stay at his house. Meanwhile, sources say that the two haven't been talking about divorce but they are taking time apart to focus on themselves and being good parents. Princess is apparently very happy with the set up. Although they are living apart, Ray J is still trying to make things right. Sources say he went all out for Valentine's Day, covering Princess' entire condo with more than 2,000 roses for both Princess and their daughter Melody.

R. KELLY IN DEFAULT FOR CHILD SEX ABUSE LAWSUIT CASE IN CHICAGO AFTER NOT SHOWING UP FOR COURT DATE: Reports say that a Chicago judge ruled R. Kelly into default on a civil child sex abuse lawsuit since he was a no show in court. Due to new federal charges filed on Valentine’s Day, R. Kelly’s lawyer, Steve Greenberg, said that his defaulted civil suit will likely be postponed. The plaintiff is a woman named Heather Williams and she has alleged that R. Kelly lured her into a sexual relationship in 1998 when she was just 16. At the time, R. Kelly was 31. In addition, Kelly was recently sued for $3.4 million for back rent connected to his Chicago studio. The final hearing for Heather Williams’ civil suit is scheduled for March 10th, while his federal trials for child pornography and other related charges are expected in April and July.

The singer has announced her Magic Hour tour — which will kick off on May 1st in Boston and will make stops in the U.S. and Canada. The tour will wrap on June 27th at the St. Kitts Music Festival.
