USHER RELEASES 'CONFESSIONS III TRACK: A video of Usher performing songs from his upcoming album has surfaced. On the song, Usher sings, ” “Remember that time I was sitting up sick, couldn’t sleep in the middle of the night? You said bae let me take you to the ER, I said, ‘Nah, Ima be aight.’ Well the next day I found out from f*cking around that the sickness I had was life. And I was fixed with the decision to keep it, knowing I had to get rid of it, rid of it. Live with it. He don’t know. You don’t know. I had to deal with it. You thought what you put me on for part two was the realest sh*t. It ain’t right. I ain’t proud. I won’t cry. I can’t hide. But when it was you, I was strong. Now it’s you, what you gon do? R. KELLY'S LAWYER SAYS SINGER AND DREA KELLY ARE IN DIVORCE COURT 'TO SEE IF SHE'S GETTING LOCKED UP FOR HER ALLEGATIONS: R. Kelly's attorney Steve Greenberg tweeted that the singer was in court yesterday (February 25th) with his ex wife Andrea Kelly for her allegations against him. He tweeted,”#RKelly in divorce court this morning to see whether Drea is going to get locked up for her allegations.” No word on what allegatoins Greenberg is referring to.Last July, he suggested Drea Kelly be sent to jail for “appearing on countless media outlets disparaging Robert Kelly and making accusations and charges involving Robert.”
JOJO SAYS SHE WAS PUT ON A 500 CALORIE PER DAY DIET: Singer JoJo has revealed that she was put on a 500 caloried a day diet when she was 18. The 29-year-old told Uproxx, “Because when I was 18, I remember being sat down in the Blackground office, and the president of the label being like, ‘We just want you to look as healthy as possible.'” She continued, “I was like, ‘I’m actually the picture of health.' I actually look like a healthy girl who eats and is active. And I don’t think this is about my health. I think that you want me to be really skinny.' And he’s like, ‘No, I wouldn’t say that,’ blah blah blah,' But I ended up getting put with a nutritionist that had me on a 500 calorie a day diet, and I was on these injections that make you have no appetite.” She continued, “I was like, ‘Let me see how skinny I can get, because maybe then they’ll put out an album. Maybe I’m just so disgusting that no one wants to see me in a video and they can’t even look at me.' That’s really what I thought.” JoJo said that as a result she became self destructive, because she didn't feel like she was enough. She explained, “So I started getting really f— up, drinking, making out with strangers, looking for validation and attention and looking to feel pretty, looking to feel good, to feel worthy.” She added, “I was just completely reckless, did not care. I needed to be buzzed to feel okay. I would go to the edge, stand on my tiptoes on the edge and then come back.” JoJo said that she was so reckless that she “should be dead.”
FRANK OCEAN ANNOUNCES UNRELEASED TRACK: Frank Ocean has revelaed that he will be releasing a new track. Fans who pre-ordered the 7″ vinyl of “Little Demon” via his Blonded website last year received an email yesterday (February 25th) saying that they would receive a new, unreleased song instead. The email read that “‘Little Demon’ will be replaced with a new, unreleased Frank Ocean song.” No further details as to what song they would be receiving or when it would arrive, but they were given the option to cancel the order by Feb. 28th if they wanted.
