Although NeNe Leakes recently put her hubby Gregg Leakes on blast for FaceTiming one of her employees, rumors has it that she has a little secret of her own. According to Page Six, an anonymous source close to the Leakes family said that NeNe has a side dude named Rodney and she started seeing him when she opened her Baltimore location of Swagg Boutique last year.
The source said, “She spends a lot of time in Maryland not only because of this boutique, but also because of her side guy. She flaunts her relationship with him around openly like they’re together.”
The source said that Gregg started FaceTiming NeNe's employee Juanita Marshall because his wife was booked and busy. The source said, “NeNe was always gone doing her own thing, so he gave Juanita an offer. If she played her cards right, he would pay for her mortgage, and give her a monthly allowance.”
The source also revealed that NeNe and Gregg are actually separated. The source said, “NeNe and Gregg’s relationship is pretty much a business relationship. NeNe has ideas, and Gregg can execute those ideas, and that’s the only reason why they are together.”

Meanwhile, Juanita has spoken out, saying that her involvement with Gregg was strictly professional. She explained, “Gregg never propositioned me. I was a store manager, so I talked to him just like her other managers from her other locations talk to him.”
She also denied being fired from Swagg Boutique, saying, “I left willingly because at the time it was just out of hand. It was too much drama for me, so I decided not to stay. I walked away from the position.”
NeNe seemingly responded to all of the rumors by posting a picture of herself and Gregg, along with the caption, “My rider @greggleakes #theleakes ❤️.”
