Reports say that Trey Songz won't face criminal charges for his fight with cops at an NFL playoff game back in January. As previously reported, the singer was arrested after an altercation with a police officer during a Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills AFC championship game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
Trey was booked for trespassing and resisting arrest and for assaulting a police officer. He was released the following day.
According to TMZ, the prosecutor's office in Jackson County, Mo has decided not to file charges against the singer due to insufficient evidence.
